He has demanded that this page be removed several times with the promise of payment if it is. The first time that he demanded that this page be removed because one of his customers had seen it (April 2006) we did because he promised immediate payment. Despite several reminders by post and by phone to Borders Coffee Company, and despite several promises of payment by Borders Coffee Company this invoice remained unpaid 3 months after the due by date.
On 19th December 2005 a County Court Claim was registered against Borders Coffee Company. Border Coffee Company failed to enter any defence.
On 16th February 2006 Reading County Court issued a Judgement for Payment informing Borders Coffee Company Limited 14 days to pay. Once again Borders Coffee Company failed to make any payment despite the County Courts demands. A County Court Judgement (CCJ) has now been issued against Borders Coffee Company.
